Dress Rental Policy – Wendy's Maternity Collection

1. Rental Period

• Standard rental period is 3 days from the date of collection or delivery.

• Extensions must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.

2. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your booking.

• A refundable security deposit of R600 is required and will be returned once the dress is checked back in good condition.

3. Care of Dresses

• Dresses must be handled with care.

• No alterations (cutting, pinning, sewing, or fabric glue) are allowed.

• Avoid strong perfumes, tanning lotions, or body makeup that may stain the dress.

4. Cleaning

• Please do not attempt to wash or clean the dress yourself.

5. Damages & Loss

• Damage (tears, stains, broken zippers, or missing embellishments) or loss of the dress will result in loss of the security deposit and/or additional charges up to the full replacement value of the gown.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days before booking date may be eligible for a refund (minus a small admin fee).

• Cancellations after this period are non-refundable, but bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.

7. Returns

• Dresses must be returned on the agreed date by 15:00.

• Late returns will incur a fee of R150 per day.

8. Dress Fitting

• Fitting appointment of R150.

9. Shipping

• Shipping will be estimated and payable as arranged with Rose Glow Co.
