Makeup Application Policy
We strive to provide an exceptional experience for every client. Here’s our makeup application policy:
Appointment Duration: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, the remaining time will be used for your service, and we may not be able to accommodate any additional requests.
Preparation: We recommend arriving with a clean face (free from makeup AND sunscreen) to ensure the best application. Brows to be shaped a week prior to date, to give the skin time to heal and inflammation to be gone.
Product Selection: We use professional-grade makeup products for all applications. If you have any allergies (especially nut and or shellfish allergies) or sensitivities, please inform us ahead of time so we can accommodate your needs.
Touch-ups: Complimentary touch-ups are available for the duration of the appointment. For extended touch-ups after your service, a separate fee may apply.
Booking Policy
Booking: To secure your makeup appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. This guarantees your spot and allows us to prepare for your service.
Payment: The full balance is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule:
48-hour Notice: Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive the opportunity to reschedule.
Less than 48-hour Notice: No-shows or Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will not be refunded and will not receive the opportunity to reschedule.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the remaining time will be used for your service, and we may not be able to accommodate any additional requests or we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Waitlist Policy
If your desired time is unavailable, we’ll gladly add you to our waitlist:
Waitlist Priority: Waitlist clients will be contacted in the order they joined if a spot becomes available.
Confirmation: You will be notified 24-48 hours in advance.
